PECUVi announces landmark partnership with Payment Assist to boost customer experience

Leading personalised customer video provider to the automotive industry, PECUVi has announced its latest integration with finance provider Payment Assist as part of its upgraded My Service Trust solution.

With over 300,000 processed applications at a 98% customer acceptance rate, Payment Assist is one of the automotive industries’ most respected finance providers.  This latest integration into the My Service Trust solution, gives the customer the convenience of having their iVHC video and 0% finance application sent directly to their smartphone, providing a seamless and truly contactless experience.

Workshops are able to quickly create and send a personalised video of the repairs directly to the customer’s pocket via text message or email, with the option for the customer to instantly sign-up for finance and split their repair bill over four monthly instalments, interest and hassle free.  Easing the burden of the unexpected repair bill customers may have as a result of a Service or MOT.

To ensure an informed, seamless and discrete experience, integration has been designed with the customer in mind.  The customer will receive a text message or email with a video link detailing the repairs to be carried out, alongside a quote for the works with the option to authorise the work and quickly sign-up to the interest free finance, all from the customer landing page.
